Of course it it could be an old repaint from later in the 70's. The bike seems to be a color scheme simialr to the later Team Pro. I thought maybe the color scheme might be what constituted a "Limited Edition". But if you follow the auction link to RetroRaleighs there is another "Limited Edition" in the more brown and silver. So if not the color, I haven't a clue what's so "Limited" about it. RetroRaleighs describes (but no photo) that Limited Edition decal on a 70/71, so if it was repainted, the owner would have had to source a very rare decal. On the other hand, I didn't think Reynolds was using the TI Reynolds decals shown in the acution until much later than 1970, although Raleigh sometimes had Reynolds decals no one else did.
