[CR] Mirella headbadge decal

I have finally gotten a photo of the 60's-70's Mirella which is being gifted to me by one of my woodworking clients. it is at the bike shop that will be packing it in a box for me. First photo of it can be seen here

I wonder if anyone has a clue where I might obtain a headbadge decal? It is the one with the young woman with the 60's hairdo and Mirella in script. I am also looking for "italian flag" pinstriping to wrap around the tubes to create bands.

Also on my flickr page is my first peek at the watercolor my friend Gina Locke is doing for me. It is a part of her "bicycle" series and my restored Miyata 1000 is the subject. As I understand it the painting is quite large and the crankset shown is a 'detail" of her first draft which she cut out. She is working on a second painting for me. I kind of like just the detail and didn't actually request a "portrait" of the bike so I'm curious and excited to see what she came up with.
