Right now on the drive side your spacing from center of flange to end of locknut is probably 43mm or 45mm.

1. Reduce it to 38mm. 2. Then check to make sure flange freewheel stop to end of locknut is a minimum of 29mm.

3. The remainder of your spacing is dumped on the opp side until you have a grand total of 120mm locknut-end to locknut-end.

4. Pop on the 5 speed freewheel - until it stops...don't tighten yet...you should see 2-4mm of lockout sticking out past the freewheel body.

Otherwise, you are stuck with just sticking the wheel in as-is with a 5 speed freewheel.
