Subject: [CR] For Sale: Semi Complete Nuovo Record Gruppo

I have a semi complete Campy NR gruppo on the chopping block. There are some quirks to it, so after you read what's included, please check the notes below.

NR Crank arms, 170mm dated 1982 Record FD Nuovo Record RD dated 1982 Regina Extra 5sp Freewheel Nuovo Record Hubs dated '77 (I think, but have to pull off locknuts) Domed Nut Record Brakes Nuovo Record Levers Nuovo Record English Headset Simplex Retrofriciton changers

Now for the quirks. The rear hub needs bearings. The original owner replaced the campy axle for a "Wheels" axle spaced for 130mm frames. So you would need a new axle (or could cut down the existing) to use on 120 or 126. The RD has shimano pulleys that work fine, but alas, they are not campy. The brakes are complete sans brake shoes/holders, but have some minor rust/corrosion to the steel bits, center bolt, dome nuts, recessed bolts, etc. The domed QR levers are fine though. You should be able to buff the bits out without issue. I don't think they were originally chromed anyhow. The headset has some light speckling on the adjustable race, but otherwise descent. Also some wear to the FD, but nothing out of the ordinary, chain rub, etc. The cranks, RD, shifters, levers and hub bodies are great. Everything you see is included. If you don't see it, it's not. Sorry.

Click on all sizes, original for really big pics, you can check out the parts in pretty good detail. Please do so as this is sold AS IS. However, please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Looking to get $360 plus $11 shipping US for this.

Payment via check, money order or Paypal (if you pickup the fees) is fine. This is boxed and ready to go. Can be in the mail as soon as tomorrow morning.

This is a great rider set, won't win you any show awards, but is sound and mechanically 100%.

Thanks for looking.
