I would like to thank everyone on the List for their supportive emails and comments during 2009 concerning our mission of getting steel racing bicycles out of the basements, off the walls and on to the race course.  For 2010 we again ask for your support and following as we launch our Men of Steel Racing Team.  Several of our racer will be riding hand built De Rosa Steel Corums.  Pictures of the construction process can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Men-of-Steel-Racing/82266153976?v=wall  and don't forget to become a fan.  So far the responses from competitors has been mixed but most skeptical that steel bikes can compete in USA Cycling sanctioned races and be successful.  The results will speak for themselves.

For a look at our Team Kits, go here:  http://www.menofsteelracing.com/club.html

2009 saw 3 races at which vintage steel frame bicycles were the requirement.  For 2010, that will be increased to 5.  For photos of those 2009 events go here:  http://www.menofsteelracing.com/   We also will be have at least one vintage ride based out of Auburn, Indiana.  More on that later.

So in 2010 we continue to promote the vintage steel alongside those KOF's.  A message I think we all believe in.  Have a very Merry Christmas and may you all find your Cinelli SC's in 2010. Cheers. Jim Kruse Ft. Wayne, Indiana  MenofSteelRacing.com
