Hi all
My name's Tim Arnold, 33, and I live in London, UK. I have always been a keen cyclist but have only recently become interested in classic bikes and restoration. I mostly ride a fixed wheel bike which I built up myself last year. That gave me a taste for building more, and I recently built up an old Hercules touring frame for my girlfriend using whatever I had in the parts box.
I recently acquired a lovely frame which I think it 1960s. It has had at least one horrible rattlecan spray job. It is badged as an Allin but I am pretty sure it isn't one (frame number is higher than their last ones and stamped on bb shell, not rear dropout). It has Nervex lugs (pro, I think) and unusual shaped rear dropouts. Frame an forks together weigh 2.5kgs so I guess it's 531.
I want to restore this bike as close to the original as possible, decals and all. If I can't identify it, I guess I will not badge it up but would still like advice about colour schemes and period parts. Please see my flickr set for pictures:

Many thanks for reading and here's hoping someone knows what it is!
