In this case milled and drilled are the same thing; Mark Petry used milled and I used drilled for describing the Brugelmann SC Leggerrissimo bottom bracket (with the hole in the center and radial holes) .

I am wondering if the cinelli seen on ebay a few months ago, whose BB shell had a large square cutout, and which was closed-up very recently, could have been a factory original bicycle? If not, what does a cinelli 'milled' bottom bracket look like? The 'drilled' one has a large hole in the middle with radial holes around the outside, as depicted in the 2nd url above, but what does a much rarer 'milled' one look like ??
