Steven,
I looked into it and believe you are completely correct that this is a clear case of abuse. Bidder 2 from the first auction has over 80 and Bidder 5 from the second has over 50 - all with the same seller only (This is the most recent 30 days!). They have 13 and 8 "wins" and yet both have zero feedback.
This other frame was also "won by the same Bidder 5 - now Bidder 3:

About one week ago, I pointed out a Chesini frame that was up for sale. It was bid up to an amount that would still have made the frame purchase what I believe to have been quite a good deal. Oddly enough, the same frame popped up once more this week, even though it had apparently sold the last time. I therefore checked into the bidding pattern of both the last auction as well as the relisting and lo and behold a truly strange bidding pattern turns up.

In the relisting

Am I reading too much into this or does something really stink here?
