I'm hoping to figure out the origins of a frame I have. Pics at:

The headlugs, and a few other aspects, make me think of Pop Brennan's work, but that's speculative. Any thoughts are most welcome. The only possibly original parts on it as-found are the Williams cranks.
Sorry I haven't even wiped the grime off, as there's no much flaking paint (housepaint?) that even handling the frame makes a mess. The whole thing needs blasting.
