Hi all, In my possession is a bike stamped ST L C C (??) on the rear dropouts that I'm trying to identify and restore. It has nice lugs, grease fittings on the BB shell (leads me to believe it is a pre-1960's era bike), nice filing on lugs ect. One interesting feature is the bike is copper plated. I know that this is often done under nickel or chrome plating, but this bike has no evidence of ever having been plated other than in copper or painted at all. As the bike came to me it is equipped with prewar track parts - which I know are not correct as the bike is not a track frame due to the rear dropouts and drilling for brakes. The crank on it is stamped Eisemann (made in England), with the name Ken Winkie stamped on it also. The bike is french threaded further leading me to believe the ST marking is Saint- something or other, though nothing pops up Googling any variation on the letters....linking the stamping to bicycle manufactures. Anyone have any info? I can take some pics also....
