Subject: [CR] Dural Forge chainring

List, I'm eBaying some odd items that may be of interest to someone: Item 230327548215, a Specialities TA Dural Forge chainring for a three-arm crank, 47-tooth, for 1/8" chain. Also, item 230327341776, a plain aluminum seatpost by Strong (Japan), 26.6mm diameter. These items are both NOS in excellent condition. They are strange to me, however, and I would appreciate any comment as to what their applications might be. The seatpost would work well for an alloy-railed Ideale saddle, but a Japanese seatpost with a French saddle wouldn't be the best style, would it? What sort of saddle would go with it? As for the chainring, would it be for a track bike with fixed gearing, or would it be for a double? 47 teeth seems small for a track bike, but 1/8-in chain doesn't sound like a road bike. What cranks would it have been used with? I have a Stronglight three-arm crank that would fit it, (right arm only). A rough measurement puts the BCD around 120mm, so I believe the standard was 122mm. If there is a possibility of it being some other odd size, say 120 or 124, I'd appreciate a heads-up. Obviously, these being for sale, my interest is purely idle curiosity.

Thanks,
