To add a couple more data points to this discussion, I have: 1970/71 Mark Two (No. 148 of 500 or so) 23.5 inch frame: Seat Tube 23.0 inches C-T-C; Top Tube 22.5 inches C-T-C. 1974 Mark ? with Carlton decal, 24.5 inch frame: Seat Tube 23.5 inches C-T-C; Top Tube 23.0 inches C-T-C.
