Is this a leather saddle or plastic? I've seen a couple of Ti railed 2000 series plastic Ideale saddles, but never a Ti leather Ideale, although ther e seems no end to the variety of models Ideale made. I'd love to see pics of your Ideale. Not sure I've seen an alloy Cinelli, but I'm not surprised they exist. Most of the high end plastic saddle makers seem to have made at least one alloy railed model.
