Matthew, looks great !! A helpful comment: my understanding is that the (Blumels?) fender stay rods are supposed to run inside of the metal fender mounts receiving them. That's why the mounts are shaped with an offset, and it makes for a cleaner setup to run them inside rather than outside.... less 'stuff' sticking out.
