What's at the tip of our noses?
An increase in the sales tax rate from 8.25 to 9.25 - another in a long line of "temporary" increases...
So two choices...buy new and pay more...
Or buy used and start a tax revolution for which the legislative analyst may have admitted to indirectly by noting a possible 8 billion shortfall by May despite the most recent "creative" mid-season budget fix.
