At $7,000 for the frame and fork, we'll see if anyone in this economy still has way too much disposable cash.
I don't like the carbon fork and what at least looks like a sloping toptube ala "compact" frames. But even without those drawbacks, I can think of an almost unlimited number of true classic bikes I would rather spend $7,000 on. To be quite honest, I much prefer my 50th Anniversary Paramount, which I bought for less than $1,000 for the complete bike. I think maybe there was a 60th Anniversary, but I can't remember the details. Was that the one which was offered in steel, titanium or aluminum, with a different framebuilder producing each of the three?
