My comment aren't meant for you but just a general criticism of eBay sellers who don't have a clue.
Here's and example from the seller for the Crecent stainless bike:
"EXTREMELY RARE: ONLY KNOWN SPECIMEN TO EXIST!"
Give me a break!!!
We sold a number of these Crescent "stainless" bikes back in the mid 1970s.
Contrary to the advertising BS below, only the 3 main tubes were made of stainless steel. The rest of the tubes were chrome plated Reynolds 531 tubing.

Various from of stainless steels have been comercially available for over 100 years. As early as 400 AD swordsmiths have been making items from "Meteor Iron" which contained high levels of nickel which qualified as a stainless steel so the technology is not that new.
