Dear CR List Members, Please consider making your arrangements now for the "2009 Cirque du Cyclisme" event in Leesburg,Virginia,U.S.A. http://www.cirqueducyclisme.com/ Wayne Bingham has a block of rooms reserved for the annual "Cirque" event,but the sooner "we make hotel reservations" the better for our "Classic Rendezvous" group.Please do not wait until the last minute to make reservations. Please call the Best Western in Leesburg A.S.A.P., directly at 703-777-9400 and state that you are reserving your room(s) for the "CIRQUE." Make sure the clerk knows that you're coming for a bicycle event called,"Cirque" and that you want the "discount rate".

As far as horses on the trail don't worry about it! It's been years since I've seen any riders on horses on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail,and like Wayne said there's also a "parallel unpaved trail just for the horses and mountain bikers".Enough on horses........Stop your worrying and ride your bicycles. Excercise "common sense" for all situations like you normally do and all will be fine. We will have a good time if we can fill all 99 rooms that are available at the hotel.Many of the rooms have two queen size beds.The hotel is a two story building with an elevator.The hotel also has a shuttle vehicle and driver. The hotel has a swimming pool out back and a friendly staff,there to help us out.

My hotel reservation is made for this year's 2009 event ! I will be attending the Cirque event this year!
