I cut firewood for an entire summer to buy my Conti in 1968 for about $120. Looked great after I used the official Schwinn bike wax on it. (Did the ri ms too, but only once.) My ex (grrrr) donated it to the Goodwill along wi th a bunch of my other old bikes while I was at work. I am still looking fo r one in my size, same color. Ever so often, I get close, but no ciga r.
