What you have there appears to be a truly unique steed.

It's the ONLY achryllichrome Raleigh International / Carlton Franco-Suisse that I have ever seen. It is in the image of a Wilier Triestina series of Italian bike, but with the relaxed Geometry of the Raleigh International that made Grant Petersen go Ga-Ga over the bike.

I have seen many, many Carltons on ebay, and own more than three of them and have reproduced 2 different decal sets for these types of bikes (but not the early decalset that is shown on your bike, I did the later franco-suisse decalset.)

P.S. the original handlebars were probably either GB map-of-england MAES, or (more likely) GB map-of-england Ventoux bars, and the saddle originally was probably a Brooks-Pro (small rivet) saddle ...
