Photo linked below is my old pair of Lyotard Model 23 pedals. These were exactly like the very first pair I had ever owned and had used for many years on my old Helyett track bike - from the mid 1960s. They featured threaded screw holes for attaching the toe clips. At some point this model was modified slightly and later versions had simple long slots in place of the two tapped holes.

Does anyone knows when the screw holes on these pedals were finally replaced with more common unthreaded slots? Just curious...
Thanks!
