>From the city that never sleeps I spy a bicycle that causes weeps
I can tell by it marking it is a Peugeot It has lived a hard life I want you to know
I gathered round to bid it farewell The local inhabitants thought I was not well
As you mourn when a friend passes on This Peugeot has long since moved on
Its security chain offered no protection at all Now just like a prisoner with a chain and a ball
I offer you a view to see what I saw This very weekend when I was in awe
I went to the Village to see some sites Never knowing would soon have to issue last rights
My tale is over now its time for you to view This poor Peugeot that I never knew
