A few months ago I offered Mafac Braze-on Brake studs to the list. I made a bunch by hand in shop class, then had a friend CNC some more.
Afterwards I got several suggestions how to tweek them. What I have now is pretty darn good, but not the same as the ones on Toni's Ellis-Briggs. They are, however, true to Mafac's old design.
You can see a happy "customer's" write-up on his blog at:

If anyone's interested, I'll start selling them again at $40 per set of 4 shipped to your door. These are made of 4340 steel and have a very good surface finish.
They are blanks. Your builder will have to cut the fillet to fit them to your frame. This is because Center Pull arms are designed to operate at a specific distance between pivots.
As I'll be making a few sets for myself, if anyone wants the fillets pre-cut by machine, I'll cut the fillets to your dimensions for an extra $10/set of four.
