[CR] Need some help dating a Viking Vison

Hi,

First post so hope I am ticking all the boxes.

I have recently taken ownership of a Viking Vision lightweight which I intend to restore. From the Shimano 600 group set and Reynolds Tubing Stickers I date it to approx late 70's.
