Didn't Cinelli make an old steel bar that was called the Tour of England Model in the 50's/early 60's? I bet its one of those, I have one on my old brit-sources Model B, but can't go look at it to see what the number is stamped on the bar end 'cause I'm not home.

Sometime in the l980's, I think, Cinelli made a handlebar labeled "68" and "TOUR."  The bend is similar to 63 and 66, but the reach is about half a centimeter longer than the 63 and the drop is between the 63 and 66. This bend does not appear in any of my old Cinelli catalogs;  I've only seen three--two of which I sold and the third is on one of my own bikes. TOUR for Tour de France?  Chris the tourist?
