Congratulation Davis!...a well-deserved honor (although I must admit I'm not familiar with other candidates}.
I wanted to put in a plug for my city, Sacramento, CA...which is only about 15 miles from Davis. We have a very vibrant bicycle scene here in the urban, close-suburban core. If you combine attributes of Davis and Sac, that's a combination hard to beat and year-round riding to boot.
