If the Clement "Ruda Guta" (as in rude) is very hard and old, you can scrape it off with a screw driver or other tool. If it doesn't flake off easy then I use paint remover. It can be a real mess. Also, use caution around
decals on the rim as it will eat them up.
I'm currently trying Tufo Extreme rim tape on a set of wheels. I liked the
way that it went on so I bought some more to try on another set of wheel.
