Subject: [CR] Off Topic, three speeds

Hi all,
This is off topic, and maybe not appropriate for this forum, but age and physical condition have finally begun to settle in and although I still enjoy the vintage lightweight classics, I've also developed a fondness for vintage three speed English tourers and find myself riding them more and more. The Cinelli and the Legnano only go out on those rare weekends when I venture out for several miles of riding, but the three speeds are great for cruising the neighborhood. I was just wondering if any other list members also collect or share the same sentiment for these old touring bikes, while not ballon tire machines, they were not racing bikes. I now have two, a 60s Raleigh Sport with a dyno hub and a beautiful 60s Robin Hood, also made by Raleigh. Since this is off topic, you can contact me off list.
