Silca made a locking head to fit the Silca "Impero" hand pump but designed to fit Schrader valves. I have one right in front of me. It never really caught on to compete with Zefal, Blumels, and other pumps that fit Schrader.
I've yet to see a Silca locking head for a Silca track pump. Why would Silca bother?
