Robert,

What kind of a bike shop doesn't have Italian BB taps on hand??

Perhaps you should try finding a framebuilder instead. I know there framebuilders in your area.

Hi all - I'm not batting well today. I dropped my "mysterybike" frame off to a Cycle shop the other day to have them quickly ( and inexpensively ) chase my BB threads so I can finish painting and build it up. Turns out -t hey don't have the tool.

So I called around a little locally - and other shops don't have the tool either.

Does anyone know of a shop within driving distance of Stamford CT that I can hit on saturday - pop in, have threads chased and get on the road?

Thanks
