Norman Fay of South Shields sport-tourer?...Pretty typical english design elements with a few unique (to me) features. The wrap-'round seat-stay design may be trademark along with square tubing used for the bridges. Components run-the-gamut from Phil Wood to Campy. The NR triple crank (53-47-41?) looks like shop/builder modified, unlike Schwinn's P15/Campy drilled and tapped arms which allow a smaller chwheel. And never seen before micro-adjust Al seatpost that has zero setback or fore/aft adjustment...didn't see name on it yet but will pull to check.
