Michael -

I am the temporary guardian of my cousin's blue & white Atala Professional that he bought from Stuyvesant Bicycles in Manhattan. It also has a Reynolds 531 frameset. I just checked the derailleur and crank arms, and they are stamped 73.

Stuyvesant was the distributor of Atalas, at least on the East coast, and my cousin was told that Reynolds 531 was being used while the Columbus factory workers were striking and Columbus tubing was unavailable.

Makes it a nice rarity!
