NIB, with instructions. Will thread 14ga or 15ga. As it literally says on the accompanying letter from the manufacturer, it's no Park but it will work well if you are patient. Pix on request. Good for you guys that actually build wheels but don't want a closet full of different size spokes. $125 shipped CONUS.
