Firstly, is the REAL launch of the website for the Brooklyn Bike Jumble, to be held on May 31st in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The site now allows you to sign up for a table online!
Secondly, The best tool to install a fixed cup was the two piece tool that Cinelli made. It featured a heavy 'wrench' cylinder that the fixed cup slotted into, and a 'holder' that went in on the other side. You then honked on the whole shebang with the attached handles. This tool is a monster! I would like to get one someday.
One of the mechanics at my LBS has one, but he still doesn't want to settle his drinking tab by selling it to me!
