I'm noticing some interesting things about my Cinelli track bikes- all with older-style headlugs-

The UVI Cinellis don't have tangs on the fork, or reinforcing plates on the rear dropouts where the axle nuts tighten against- these were probably pursuit bikes.
All have dimpled chainstays inboard and outboard Some have deeply scalloped chainstay "receptacles" on the BB shell with flat-ish areas inboard, and some of them have regular scalloped areas outboard with curved areas inboard. None have vent holes in the chainstay bridge All have pointed (filed) dropouts (rear) where they connect to the chainstay about 30 mm forward of the rearmost part of the chainstay
