Hi everyone,

Offered for sale to CR members are some really nice items - a Sturmey 2spd fixed gear, a Sturmey 4spd FM gear, a pair of Sturmey wing nuts, a Campag SR 27.2 seatpost, a Bernard Hinault yellow Turbo saddle and a Suntour Cyclone groupset from c1983. All of these items are really lightly used.

I can take payment a number of ways - Paypal, cheque in GBP, cash sent registered post, Traveller\u2019s cheques in $, direct bank transfer within the UK or European Iban bank transfer.

Enquire for shipping costs. With the pound being low in value these are a real bargain... for US and European buyers. All have pictures you can check out on Photobucket.

STURMEY ARCHER 2-SPEED FIXED GEAR 1930s 40H The TF gear offers a second gear 25% below normal - I normally set these up with a normal gear of about 72in - you then get a low gear of just over 50in ideal for climbing those short sharp steep inclines. These are a wonderful light and simple gear with very little to go wrong and they are my favourite Sturmey gear of all time. They are in fact rather nicer to use than the fabled ASC 3-speed fixed as they have much less backlash built-in. This is the best Sturmey 2-speed I have had in a very long time - the bearing surfaces are all in excellent condition and this hub shows only signs of light use. It is supplied with a NOS 18T sprocket. It comes complete with the correct top tube control (which normally goes for about 100 GBP by itself), cable and seat tube roller. The buyer can have the option of a special splined Sturmey freewheel for a small extra cost. 295 GBP or close offer http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Sturmey-TF-gear.jpg

STURMEY ARCHER 4-SPEED FM GEAR Excellent - this was one of the Sturmey Archer hub gears from the 1950s that was such a favourite in England with many club cyclists. It has an aluminium alloy shell in excellent condition - the spoke holes are very good and the shell is in very good condition. It has 40 spoke holes. The FM is the medium ratio 4-speed hub gear offering gears 12.5% above direct drive and 14.3% and 33% below direct drive. This is a really nice range. A typical gear range would be 48in, 62in, 72in and 81in. The innards of this gear have been carefully inspected and are in perfect working order - in the 1980s I was one of the the very few recommended by Sturmey Archer to service their obsolete gears so I do know what I am doing. The gear shows only signs of light use - it is fitted with a quick release cable fitting. And it is supplied complete with a trigger (this normally will cost about 25 GBP on its own), cable and other fittings. 95 GBP If wanted I can supply a set of Sturmey wingnuts with this hub for an extra 20 GBP. http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Sturmey-FM-gear.jpg

STURMEY ARCHER HUB WINGNUTS in very good condition and from the 1940s/50s. 30 GBP http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Sturmey-wingnuts.jpg

CAMPAGNOLO SUPER RECORD SEATPOST 27.2mm Excellent slightly used condition - just a few very light marks below the insertion line. The pictures do not do the seatpost justice as it is really in near mint condition. 50 GBP http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Campag-SR-272-seatpost.jpg

SUNTOUR CYCLONE GROUPSET This an almost complete groupset taken from the c1983/84 De Rosa offered to CR members last week. The frame has been sold - so the group is available. This bike had had only light use and so the groupset is in excellent condition. Included is a chainset with 52/42T chainrings, 170mm cranks (one crank has a few light scratches which can be seen in the photo), headset with perfect bearing surfaces and virtually perfect adjusting nut and locknut, Italian threaded BB (if this is not wanted a small price reduction can be made), rear derailleur which is virtually perfect, a Superbe Pro front derailleur (for braze-on fitting) in near perfect condition, and a brakeset with allen bolt fitting with Dia-Compe aero levers. Additionally though not shown in the picture are a pair of Suntour Cyclone 32H hubs which are at present laced to Mavic GP4 rims with virtually no rim wear. If the buyer wants, the wheels will be supplied complete - they have good tubs but the shipping cost will then be greater... For the groupset as described including the wheels 150 GBP ono http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Suntour-Cyclone-group.jpg

TURBO HINAULT YELLOW SADDLE in very good condition - it is slightly grubby but I am certain this will clean very easily and a has couple of small rub marks on the rear corners but it in real life it looks much better than in the photo. 30 GBP http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r77/hilarystone/Turbo-yellow-Hinault-saddle.jpg
