Hi:
Dale is correct- this is an early 1980's Colnago TT bike-I have photos of several similar, but not identical, bikes taken at the Colnago showroom in Cambiago. Many were "one-offs." Colnago later continued the curved tube frame design in his Master series and also in various "funny bikes."
