I was drooling over these awhile back when Velo-Orange and Mel Pinto had some for sale. You will find some commentary by searching in the Velo-Orange blog. There is also an entry on the CR Website for this brand, and a few examples are pictured on velobase.com.

The name is a family name; there were four brothers who were notable racers, and eventually were involved in producing some bike parts.

Currently, a pair of these hubs can be seen on eBay, Item number 330330644833. I think these later incarnations were after Maillard had acquired the brand. I have some low-flange Maillard 700's that look a lot like the Pelissier 2000's.
