Thanks to the CR gang for all the advice on the ebay bidder who wanted to return the the NOS regina freewheel because they did not like the smell. The freewheel is on it's way back to me, and I am assured that it is untouched / unmounted. Assuming that it is, I will refund the bidder's money minus shipping and listing fee.

Anybody out there want a NOS Regina ORO 14 - 28 ? 85 bucks plus ship, or offer. Includes box and inner wrapper.
