  This had never ocurred to me.  Take a TT "low profile" (or "funny bike") frame, designed for a 650c front wheel (with a 700c in back), and swap the fork with a 700c fork.  First time I ever thought of this was when I saw this Medici on eBay:

Has anybody ever tried this conversion?  I'm wondering what kind of ride/handling it produces.
