There's a shop in town that will often display a matching men's and women's chrome Paramounts in their display window during the Tour of California. Although I've never seen a women's Gios Pro, yet I have a large color ad with a woman straddling one next to RdV.
I'm guessing most are going to be pretty rare in that i'm assuming there were less women riders and those who were serious about it probably got the men's version anyway.
