Subject: [CR] winning bidder Is: Sherlock Maasland

Kim was questioning how I determined who the buyer of the Dreher bottle was. If you look on Monsieur_Bidon's feedback page you can see that the transaction is listed among his feedback. The feedback number is also the same. So it doesn't take much detective work to determine if it is indeed him who is the buyer. Getting to his feedback page was a bit more difficult, but there aren't that many heavy hitters in water bottles. I saw that the buyer had mainly bid on items sold on Italian ebay, but had also placed bids on French ebay as well as ebay.com, so it is quite logical to expect that he is located in Italy. I recalled the only heavy hitter in Italy buying water bottles having an id that was something like Mr. Bidon and then continued until I came across one with the correct number of feedback. It might also be of interest to realize that there is also a MrBidon, a MisterBidon, a MrBidone and a BidonMr but no PorteBidon.

PS: I have the matching Birra Dreher cycling cap from the early 70's and might just offer it to Monsieur_Bidon to match his bottle. So I had an ulterior motive to search this out.
