First, this might not be on-topic for Classic Rendezvous, since it's not vintage fenders or vintage lightweight bikes you are asking about.

Second, in the correct forum (iBob comes to mind), you would get an excellent response if you posted your actual problem, rather than "tell me all the possible constraint information that might be pertinent to fenders."
