Ben brings up an excellent point. When I first commented, I didn't even notice the 'teardrop' shaped cups. The only headset from campy that I could find with a similar shape was victory, but this has flats on the cup, sorta of a hybrid between GS and NR. Perhaps this is something else with a campy top nut? Note there are no other campy markings other than the top nut. Campy seemly like to put a stamp on any part possible.

Honestly, I wouldn't put it past the seller as he/she has already taken some liberties with the description.
