Sure Harry, at least at my LBS, and if you were like me\u2014I'd rather have Ultegra or 105 or whatever, and save the money over the Dura-Ace stuff because I'd spent too much on the frameset\u2014you could have ordered it that way too. That's (kind of) why I'm building up my NOS (not restored, never built up) Waterford Paramount with Ultegra stuff.
