On another note.
Im well below novice as far as frame building. Frankly, I dont know doodly, so excuse me if I dont say this technically correct.
The seat stays appear to be inserted into the seat clamp, then welded?
Ive seen this before on I believe Merciers.
Anybody have any insight for this type of work. Why would this be done this way other than its unique?
