The Firefox add-on "Screen Grab" will allow you to right click and save the frame with the picture as a jpeg (or png). There may be other add-ons that work as well.
Actually, before you asked the question, I was using a much more complex method, where you view the source code for the page, find the jpeg, and then save it. This works, but "Screen Grab" is easier. More and more sites try to stop you from saving various kinds of data. But if the data is sent to your computer, you should be able to save it.
