This talk of PX-10's reminds me there used to be an online Gallery of PX-10 photos, with pics of several dozen bikes, some decals, and other info. Does that still exits? Anyone have the link?

\r?\n> Jon, we are working on the same
\r?\n> project! I am presently finishing
\r?\n> restoration of a 64 cm 1969 Peugeot PX-10 frameset (easy to
\r?\n> date even
\r?\n> stripped as it has a 1969 cycle registration sticker on it)
\r?\n> to replace by 59
\r?\n> cm one. 1968 frames had a oil port on the underside of the
\r?\n> bb.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> I like the way you have documented yours... according the
\r?\n> date stamping on
\r?\n> the "69" pattern Simplex Criterium derailleur, "2 70" yours
\r?\n> was probably
\r?\n> assembled in February-March 1970. There apparently was a
\r?\n> large consignment
\r?\n> of PX-10s for the U.S. market then as I've found a number
\r?\n> of others on eBay
\r?\n> and Craigslist with similar coding.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> The "Huret" pattern Simplex shifters that Jerry mentions
\r?\n> are a bit of a
\r?\n> puzzle.. 1968 (and bona fide dated ones) had what we
\r?\n> associate as being the
\r?\n> "Criterium" shifters but with a different Simplex logo on
\r?\n> the black plastic.
\r?\n> And I've seen 1969 ones with both this and "Huret" style.
\r?\n> Both are rare and
\r?\n> I'll have to content myself with a plain old 1972 one until
\r?\n> I can find one
\r?\n> of the earlier patterns.
