Dear Group.
I have had many of the same experiences as several other list members. By the late 1990's I was finishing longer bike rides with a very painful back. To address this I took an idea from the Jack Taylor bikes, and when I ordered a custom frame for P-B-P, I had an extra inch added to the steering tube. I'm happy to report that this solved the problem, and I've had many happy miles since.
The bike does look a little different from the road bikes out there, but after all these years I'm no longer objective, it's a beautiful bike to me.
