I sold this item on Ebay back in April and the buyer said it never arrived, so I issued a full refund. Yesterday the cog appears in my mailbox w/the pkg marked "undeliverable", yet the address matches both Ebay & Paypal address listed by the buyer. Too much monkeying around, if you ask me. Buy it
